It means like the "battered wife" whos tells no one her pain....

However it tell me when other are not under such duress as the above, they are gutless spineless jellyfish to afraid to say something either out of how they'll be viewed by others or they are afriad...(of something)

To me, the worst kind of person...

When you're going through emotional pain and you decide to keep it to yourself, ie not talking about it - therefore suffering in silence ..

To me SUFFERING in Silence, means - to ALLOW things to HEAL through and return of Normalcy among those involved in a situation.

It gets ACCEPTANCE, UNDERSTANDING and the Power of FORGIVENESS mutually into play ♥

Suffering in silence means that you hold your pain inside where no one else can see or feel your anguish. Being silent could be due to not wanting to appear weak to anyone else, or the humiliation of what you're going through may be so awful, you don't have the words to express it fully or it's still too emotional to 'go there'. Some people may not want to burden others with their problems, and some may not feel able to reach out and ask for help.
