    It's defo not good.
    Either that or he's an idiot.
    It might as well be an expletive.
    I'd hazard a guess and say he's saying:
    (a) You're "dirty" through all the grubby, sweaty hands through which you've passed...
    (b) You're the root of all evil (even though the ACTUAL word is "avarice").
    (c) You're as common as S-H-I-T
    But; most of all, I'd take it to mean he believes that a lady such as yourself, can be found anywhere, got for practically ANY form of work, c-u-m-s easily, and goes easier still... Boom boom...
