Resolved Question

My Dream:

I was watching an unknown friend give birth to some strange objects. First was two large dice. I can only remember what was on one of the dice (4) The friend in the dream was dressed in sort of hippy clothes and had short, bright red hair but she was no one I have known in my life, although in my dream, I felt she was close to me. Later she became me and I was watching myself give birth to a baby. The objects she/we had given birth to were thrown into a bin bag and given away. One of the objects was a pair of blue pants that had the number 13 on them.

This is definitely the strangest dream I have had in a long time and I feel it may be significant in some way, if anyone is brave enough to delve into my psyche, Thanks. I would love to know what you think!
