Resolved Question

In my dream my best friend and I was talking about woman that get pregnant and don't even know it. On my way home I was still thinking about it when I look at my stomach and see a lil foot through my stomach. I freak out I wasn't pregnant just before that. I then start "peeing" I realize then that I'm in labor and need to go to the hospital. On my my way to the hospital I get into a wreck and go nose first over the side of the road. I get out and ask for someone to call 911. My son is in his carseat passed out and I ask if someone could help me get him out. They start pulling on his head and I'm yelling at them saying you can't do that what about c-spine!! The ambulance shows up and tell me that I can start pushing and that my son is ok, which he was still out of it. I am in the hospital now and I have a new son who looks just like my husband. my question is this dream was sooo real and vivid does it mean I'm going to be pregnant soon or life is just going to be tough?
