Part of my lose weight campaign includes eating protein rich eggs. I like them scrambled and boiled, but that's it. What can I eat boiled eggs with (except soldiers), for a healthy, nutritious meal?

Toast and bacon.

Wrap the hard boiled egg in sausage meat and then dip them into an mixed up egg in a dish and then crumb them in breadcrumbs. Have them with salads of your choice. :)

I think they are called Scottish Eggs and are pretty common over the Christmas season.

Cheers mate.

Thanks to all that replied. It's really hard to come up with good meals that include hard boiled eggs, so thanks for the ideas. Except maybe the soup one... that makes me shudder. Eggy soup! Lol

Basically, everything goes with egg.

To add a sweetening effect - try red peppers/pumpkin
Creamy texture - avocado, pinch salt/pepper
Crunch - flaked almonds/purple onion
Greens - peas/tabouli/spinach
Cold remedy - cooked crushed garlic/ginger
Savoury - bacon/tomato/cheese
Spices - curry/mayonnaise/toast
Lunch - toast + egg/avocado/smoked salmon/purple onion/mayonnaise)
Quick protein meal - baked beans/tomato
