Cheese and chocolate, physically speaking. Psychologically, whatever food makes you feel the best when you eat it is going to be the most addicitive. It all depends on what you do with food, though. Some people are emotional eaters. Some people give themsleves food as a reward for a job well done. Regardless, pretty much everyone has their "comfort food"; foods that have memories and good feelings attached to them are going to be our comfort foods and those will be the foods we are most addicted to during times of stress, sadness, sickness, or even happiness.
