I have had a nutritionist and other credible food related pros insist to me there are zero aphrodisiac properties of oats BUT, NONE of them had ever personally experimented with Cheerios. All I know 'bouts it is the effect on me. Maybe it is a personal metabolic interaction unique to my system, but I'd swear Cheerios does an actual libido thing for me; not in a performance related way but in the actual horniness 'desire for' way and it is the only food I will say with certainty does as so.<br />
