What foods contain?

a large amount of vitamin D? I'm vegetarian and I don't eat fish either, my vitamin level is 7.8 ( under 30 is a deficiency) and I'm more of a natural person so I don't want to take the drops, so what foods should I eat?

DARK GREEN vegetables are good! Romaine lettuce, spinach, green beans. I think some nuts are also good but not sure. If you live near a Health Food Market they can help you also!

Don't take vitamins or try to eat your way to Vitamin D sufficiency. Get sun, near the middle of the day, and if you are in a northern climate, like Alaska or England, use a tanning booth. Vitamin D is more important than C or most other vitamins, for your immune system, your cardiovascular system, fighting cancer ...
