Pretty much all leafy green vegetables, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, onions, cauliflower, garlic, zucchini, turnip, beets, papaya, some apples, some carrots, some grapefruits, lemons, mango, etc.
But really, if you're trying to lose weight it's better to just get used to being hungry. Stuffing yourself with cucumbers might help short term but it doesn't break the habit of overeating. Sooner or later you'll run out of cucumbers and fill up on pizza. Eat whatever you want, just eat less.

To reduce weight without feeling hungry ! The secret is to eat PROTEIN ! It takes longer to digest. enters the blood stream slowly so you don't get sudden high followed by sudden low and hunger. I eat less than 20 gms of carbs a day ( 2 slices of bread)
You can eat as much protein as you like - no restrictions _
Meat, fish, chicken, lots of EGGS, funny thing is you can have it fried as long as there is NO BATTER
I reduced 50lbs in 12 weeks and never felt hungry, never counted a calorie or weighed food !
PM me if you want to know more
