Avoid anything that has tomato on your food, less banana, etc. this gives your baby gas.

Have something to eat first before you breast feed the little angel. Sometimes, when you breast feed with empty stomach this can also cause some gas.

Eat a normal healthy diet of meat, bread, veggies, etc. Don't eat onions or garlic because they flavor the milk and your daughter won't like it.

I don't know about things to avoid, but I do know that you want to be sure you have enough omega-3 fatty acids for your baby to get what he/she needs.

DO NOT EAT FISH!!! DO NOT EAT PILLS!!!

drink lots of water, eat lots of ground beaf and chicken on the bone. no boneless chicken that **** is crap.

eat lots of meat, fruit, veggies, drink milk, cook food all the way. don't eat raw meat. cook meat well done. eat healthy cereals. do not drink pop. do not drink cool aid.

you can eat bread, and try to stay away from chunk food. no artificial flavors. no suger free or fat free foods cause they got chemicals in it. thats all i can think of right now you should google it though and get a better opinion.
