One time i poured the milk just to mix it up but i ended up pouring more milk after i put my cereal in because i didnt pour enough the first time :) so ..it would be easier if u put cereal in first :D

Always the cereal first. How else would I know how much milk I want to pour into the bowl? agree with CAnnesdad when he says all the cereal gets wet instead of the bottom if the milk goes in last, :) makes sense to me!
