gingernut	Posted Sep 1st, 2009 at 5:38PM prawns in sweet chilli sauce (or garlic or lemon butter), crayfish brushed with garlic butter and done on the bbq, mussels in a creamy white wine sauce, all kinds of curries and breyanis (biryanis to some), chinese stir fries, thai food, mexican food, per-peri chicken livers, grilled sole/kabeljou/red roman/butter fish/kingklip/any good & fesh line fish if you grill or sear it...And then there is rice pudding!
