You've gotta say, "I'm a human being, goddammit! My life has value!" So, I want you to get up now. I want all of you to get up out of your chairs. I want you to get up right now and go to the window, open it, and stick your head out and yell, "I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!!"

Well then just remember '0' is your friend, if you get an outsourced operator tell him/her that you would like to speak with someone in your country. If you get stuck on hold, start cussing, sometimes there is a live operator monitoring your call (yes, while on hold) who will rush things to get rid of you. Repeat peoples names to let them believe you are writing it down. Good luck.Like (1)

I worked in Customer Service for 10 years and I gradually lost more patients with every 𝖺sshole that came in and treated me like **** just because they're the paying customer and I have to do everything they say or they'll shop somewhere else.
Eventually, I go to the point where I just said, "I don't give a đť–żuck."Like (2)

Sometimes I think those people in customer service don't fully understand their title and what it means. They are supposed to provide service to their customers. Without their customers, there wouldn't be a service to provide, and they'd be without work.

To give pleasant customer service, you first need a pleasant customer. And that, is unheard of.

What happened to customers who didn't blame us reps for every little thing, jump down our throats at no provocation, and especially for things that aren't handled by our department?

Did you take their name to report them?

Shovel things down ones throat seems to be the motto these days. I have noticed that even the Preacher in the church gets to the point of aggression...... Soft skills are a missing art.

It, like many a moral went down the toilet long ago...many don't appreciate having a job, no matter the role and their dissatisfaction is shown through their work, even through the fake smile...so sad they aren't thankful for 1-having the bodily capacity to work and 2-keeping employ in such a horrid financial atmosphere.

It went out with all the stores cutting their staff to help people, making everyone overworked and miserable. I don't do customer service, but I noticed with alot of people out of work, the customers are getting no help because their aren't enough people employed to help anyone. Making everyone on edge.
