Different ages for different reasons. No age has been the best overall, but they've all had their highlights. There's some overlap.
0-3 look! toes! I'm good at everything!
3-7 because I didn't know any better
6-28 because I was rock hard, tireless, and a badass who took nobody's ****
16-28 because I was a sex god - or is that fiend? ;)
21-31 because I was laser-focused on my career and making progress
16-28 and 32-40 because I was wasted pretty much the whole time
38-now because I met my wife, bought a house and had a kid who's awesome so far, and quit my vices with pretty much zero effort and no fallout...
