Refined carbs and junk foods. Any thing with trans-fats ( VERY UNHEALTHY) !!
Ice Cream. There was a Friendlies right down the street and I was popping in there all the time. Oh, and I used to think that the be all and the end all of my existance was a size large Pecan Cluster Blizzard from Dairy Queen. Then I started buying the half gallons of the Friendlies at the supermarkets and bringing it home with all the fixin's to make my own sundaes, and they weren't small sundaes, either. I didn't confine my activity to one weekend a month. It was taking over. I had become a junkie. Now I have stopped using, and I have been (almost) completely clean for two years. I had to go cold turkey, as there were no meetings for ice cream a holics I could attend.
Rice. Started out as a diet thing in college, but developed into an aversion later on.
pork, developed a distaste for it.
heavily salted foods, but I wont give up my popcorn!")
