Everyday on the way home from work, I drop by tullys coffee shop. It is not crowded at all and quiet...I usually spend there for 30 mins. I do chatting using my mobile or studying for my school work - just reading a text book though. It is my relaxing and precious time.
Wine, herbal tea, a bubble bath, yoga, pilates, music, television, a romantic movie, a massage, sleep, reading a book... losts of stuff helps me relax.
When you live in pain, this question is irrelevant. Relax is an unknown...
Well it used to be the cheebah....but not much helps me to relax these days.
