What Huge Life lessons are you learning, and are turning you into a better person?

I am learning that Joy and Sorry are intermingled and not cotradictory states.

I am learning that to be truly happy i MUST be true to myself, whilst not hurting anyone(intentionally)

Also Tragedy and Triumph are just a stones' throw away from one another .

It may be a significant distance, requiring one to examine EVERYTHING and change much.
I feel pretty much all is possible when we BELIEVE in OURSELVES, in the power of faith and community solidarty.

Also it may be necessary to step outside of family for strenth and support if you can not find it there.
It's ok, you are not alone :)

Now, your turm please :) !

I'm learning that everyone else is not always my responsibility and that I can't save everyone. Learning it the hard way, I might add.

My hat off to you! Yes most of us suffer the affliction which if you recognize it for what it is, is the first step toward that freedom. "Codependent no More' great book by Beattie.Sorry, forget her last name.

I think it's related to the "being true to yourself..." point in your list. You gotta learn to take care of yourself and to not overstep your own capabilities. Otherwise. you'll end up broken down and with nothing left to heal your own wounds.

I am learning that God's love is important
The grass is on the side side is not greener
I learn that I will let God take control of my life. I tried to do it few times in my life, but the door keep shutting down in my face
    I let it be
