What if the guy is Islam & the girl is Roman Catholic (or vice versa)? Is it possible that their relationship will work?

How much Islam - have you ever heard of Islamic awakening - It's where the most civilized and modernized Mohmadest drops everything to return to pure Islam - something akin to Sharia Law and all that - veil the women and smack em if they get out of line - have fun

If the girl is Islamic she would be stoned to death but a guy maybe can get away with it.

But keep in mind Islam is not too favorable to women so don't expect to be treated as an equal.Like (1)

Not very likely, The catholic girl won't like being a slave - or the Muslim girl will be killed by her family for disgracing them.

I think it would be very difficult for both sides

No. The values of Catholic and Islam are so far distance, a woman could get stoned, or the guy banished from Islam leaders if he does not comply to their laws.

this is a loaded question which i have seen many times . i personally don't believe in any religion . maybe the guy and girl in question should ask their god if he minds being forsaken for another makebelieve god because of another human's influence. i'm not being nasty i just find it amusing how religion is such a stumbling block to our human developement and co-operation with each other.

If they both believe strongly in their religion then no i don't believe it could work. The vast majority of non muslim women would not let themselves be subjected to the treatment most muslim women get and most muslim men would not allow their woman to live under western laws and philosophies.....don't misunderstand i am not saying either religion is right in their way of thinking just that the two don't mix well.....now if they are not devout fundamentalist followers of their religions then yes it could work

First, how devoted are they to their faiths depends on the relationship. If they are truly devoted it would behoove them not to start anything.

Guess they are both conservative faiths, can't see why not...
But in truth it would be far better to stuff the religious aspect and run off and get married and be happy, life is too shortLike (1)

This is the Age of human maturity:
all religious, political, geographical barriers
have been removed.
Faith, culture, education are for love;
so human beings today can learn how
to overcome all outdated rituals that separate us.
I have seen everywhere the success
of multi-cultural, multi-racial, multi-faith
marriages. Wishing success to all youth
of this generation and of generations to come.
