Creativity or Ingenuity is a "gift".... the ability to conjure up ideas/concepts/story lines/ characters. It comes from within and yes, one can steal ideas from others...but those with that creative intelligence can produce/ compose lyrics or stories or pieces of art all day every day.

I guess the best way of describing talent, is a person who normally understand their natural abilities, while using it in a correct fashion to improve their life, as sometimes can possess more than one natural potential, another way is when a person stays focused on particular profession or interesting hobby , which later helps produce that talent effect, as for Intelligence once again can fit the wisdom or great sense mode.
more often though few can ever teach Intelligence since belonging to the common sense family with wisdom also, so if can teach Intelligence than i can happily say or lend credit to such a remarkable person
