    The one where you replace regular potatoes with the sweet ones!

    Yams are so much healthier, even in "french fry" form than potatoes!

    Try adding cauliflower to mashed potatoes. It adds fiber and vitamins too.

    There little to no.nutritional value in potatoes ... only the skin. Usually those dishes or recipes are disastrous to your health being fried or loaded with garbage ...

    I skin the potato then cube it up and while in a bag I add some cayenne pepper, some garlic powder, onion salt, and pepper. I use cooking spray on a sheet pan and bake them at 350. I flip them every 10 minutes. 3 flips is all I do. But they come out so good.

    Baked french fries are delicious. Brushed with a little olive oil.

    Wash, slice (with skin), boil, mash, serve with salt, pepper, and butter.

    Maybe add a little dill, or hot sauce. Nothing better.

    Slice them, toss them in olive oil, sprinkle them with sea salt, and bake them til they're golden and somewhat crisp. Tasty.
