    I think they are both good; walking for cardiovascular exercise, and yoga for peaceful calmness, balance, stretching/flexibilitly and concentration. Wish I would do both every day but it takes effort and I seem to want effortlessness more! (lol!)

    Why not walk/do yoga every other day if you only have thirty minutes to spend?
