The phrases "after I take a shower," "after I shower," and "after I have taken a shower" are all grammatically correct. The other variants are not.

It should be "I'll see you after I've taken a shower" (perfect tense) because the implication is that the act of showering will be completed and finished before the meeting takes place. The first of the three alternatives ('take' = present tense) would make sense, but the other two ('took' = simple past, and 'had taken' = pluperfect) are definitely wrong.

Either,"after I have taken a shower" or "after I take a shower". Both are acceptable.

"After I take a shower" and "after I've had a shower" both sound fine. Your last two aren't correct.

"I'll see you after I take a shower."

    English is an irrational language.
