Yep steel coat oats or 2 poached eggs on wholegrain toast, tomato on wholegrain toast, ham on wholegrain toast, smoked salmon on wholegrain toast, mushrooms on wholegrain toast. You can see I eat alot of wholegrain toast for breakfast with a variety of toppings.

Fried ham + bacon, 2 egg omelet with tomatoes + mushrooms + sharp cheddar + salsa, toast with jelly, and a 10 oz glass of whole milk to wash it all down.

You sound pefect to me, but you know if you need to lose some weight. Yes, oats are good. They burn slowly through the morning, so hot or cold porridge with fruit ..... better than fruit juice. And plenty of exercise.
