Heart beating faster, sweating/feeling very hot and very cold one or two seconds after (like fever), something a bit like peripheral vision reduction. Sometimes an overall pression over the body, shortness of breath. In the brain, what panicks you repeats over and over, you can try to tell yourself "stay calm", but it only works once in a while. And the BEST of all : Shaking (you stay very still then a big shake, and after that, general shaking) and teeth clenching. <br />
