It's an abstract concept that we use to generally describe a close relationship. Everyone has a different idea.
As for what it means to me, I use love to describe relationship that has moved into the 'comfort' phase where your life has completely changed because of the other person. When you first meet someone and obsess over them - that's not love - that's infatuation. Love happens when you find out he's not perfect, have fights, almost break up, resolve them, and then become a part of each other's lives for the long term.Like (2)
