What is one poem that would always make you very emotional?

I hope someone can remind me of the title & author. It's the one read at the funeral in that movie "4 Weddings & A Funeral". I love that poem & would really love to find it again now.

There's not really A POEM that makes me emotional, 'cause I don't ever read but the song "Alyssa Lies" makes me cry every single time I hear it, 'cause it makes me think of myself and what I've been/ am going through.

Weeping willow read by Vada Sultenfuss AKA Anna Chlumsky in My Girl. It never fails to bring tears to my eyes everytime I see her read it.
