Time. Money cannot buy time. Each second it passes and no amount of money will buy a second back.
My answer too!
Yes, life is not like that movie "In Time", where the rich live forever and the poor have to beg for more time. (THANK FREAKING GOD!)
Seen like that I agree. But, I disagree regarding the way you see time. It does not correspond to the practical aspect of time. Here is though a simple example my point of view: If I had more monney, I would have a maid coming to clean my flat, I would have a chauffeur to take me to work etc... As a results I would spend more time doing sport, important work rather than doing all these things that most of us need to do but are not really teh good aspect of life ( I gain nothing hoovering, or driving at 5mph stuck in a traffic). That is the way I see things and hence for me monney buy time.
Wow what great insight. Life is just that. Every breath you take is precious.... Embrace it and dont take it for Granted.....
true you cant buy time back but with enough money you can definitely buy more time
Good taste.<br />
It brings you food, but not appetite; <br />
medicine, but not health; <br />
acquaintances, but not friends; <br />
servants, but not loyalty; <br />
a house, but not a home:<br />
days of joy, but no peace nor happiness.
THAT IS VERY INCITE FULL
It cant buy LIFE. <br />
Rich people die<br />
Babies die<br />
Our loved ones die and no amount of money can save them when its time to go , its time.
I disagree to some extant only. With the same idea as the time (see my other answer regarding time). If you have monney you can get the best food/treatment, have time to relax more etc.... Which inderectly buy you life. It is widely known that certain types of work are associated with short life span etc.... So for me monney can buy life. If I go further, some with monney can get pregnant through expensive technology. Without monney some can't.
Not exactly true, because if double standards and special treatment becomes much more pervasive and repleted while less fortunate people are deprived, it will cause more of an uproar. Money cannot buy intelligence, nor can it cultivate the things of the person's mind and heart. Those things are maintained with human effort, spirit, and conscience - the very things within an individual.
I have to agree with you. It is true (to a certain extent) that money can buy more time in somebody's life. For example the temporary removal of a malignant brain tumor to extend ones life by a couple years. You're right about life, when it comes to IVF treatments and such. Also, life-saving surgeries for those who are sick or injured.
To "alltrue" sorry
Money can only buy things with a price tag. Sincere loving relationships are priceless. What good is money if you don't have a healthy body or mind? If you were to lose your eyesight, etc. you would give anything in the world to get it back. We take many priceless gifts for granted. When I see a young child left alone playing outside, I wonder would the parent leave a million bucks alone outside. People want to feel cherished by someone and all the money doesn't mean anything if you feel unloved or unwanted.
You are very correct in what you said. Thank you for reminding me of that. I often lose track of what is ahead. and what really counts.
It's a very long list which includes all the things that are not for sale, including but not limited to<br />
eternal life<br />
a sense of style<br />
a purposeful life<br />
effective communication skills<br />
good taste<br />
athletic skills<br />
artistic or musical ability<br />
a personal code of ethics
dont forget class!
You're right,it's the only thing that money can never buy for you. You either have it,or you don't.
Really good list.
money can't buy that which is good such as LOVE, HONOUR, TRUST, SELF RESPECT-TIGERSPAW1
Kids can't be bought so all of the parents that think that materialistic things that you buy makes you a good parent it doesn't quality time and real love buys your kid forever.
KIDS CAN BE BOUGHT MY FIRST GIRL WAS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT WE WERNT MARRIED AND I WAS VERY YOUNG. SO I HAD NO CONTROL WHEN SHE PUT OUR SON UP FOR ADOPTION.... SHE SOLD HIM...21 YEARS OF SEARCHING AND I FOUND HIM
trust and the love that matters when you have trust

Excellent answer !!!
Excellent answer - appears to me that people with money - have no common sense............!
money can not buy love and happiness!!
Money can buy love and happiness, but not for long :)
Not love. Infatuation but not real love...
oh it can but not in any real true meaning of love and happiness, and no it isn't for long, which is why things become an addiction and it is all an illusion of real love and real happiness.
the only love money buys is dirty love not true love
Sometimes dirty love does become true love; when you slowly slowly fall for the other...I guess...I think it's really rare though, sadly...
LOL THATS NOT BUYING THATS RENTING
It cannot buy something that is not for sale. <br />
God, forgiveness, a way into everlasting peace/Heaven.......
thats soo trueeee
MY FRIENDS. You can't buy true friends
TRUE LOVE! I always tell my husband that if it ever came to it, I would live in a shack with him if we lost everything, it didn't matter as long as we had each other. I am happily married and if there is one piece of advice I could give, it is to treat that other person like they are the most important person in the world to you. People get lazy and take their husbands and wife's for granted... remember that you should be treating them the best out of everyone you know. If both of you try your best to do this all the time then I promise you will have a wonderful marriage!!!!!
