Reality is perception. It's different depending on how intelligent you are, how creative, how religious, how non-religious; depends on shallowness, bias, trust... It depends on how good your eyesight is, how big your heart is, how hurt you've been in the past, how optimistic you are about the future. It depends on whether you've lived your entire life in a big city or in the country. It depends on how rich you are, or how poor... If your eyes were more complex and acute, you would see rainbows of zigzagging crisscrossing wavelengths and signals that bisect and ricochet off each other. If your hearing were better, you'd hear static and white noise, and warbling, and multitudes of conversations all going on at once. If your sense of locomotion were better, you'd feel the turn of the earth, and feel the heat particles coming from the sun. You'd see neutrinos, and particle matter. You'd observe that the distance between you and myself is only a matter of counting the air molecules that are so tightly packed together, yet so transparent as to be perceived as miles. You'd find that we're all so very close, yet so far away. And our hearts beat with the same rhythm. You'd find that we're not so very different after all, and reality is just a series of moments we all share, all the time, throughout time and space and years, and quantity, and volume. Forever and ever, Amen.

your question is currently categorized as religon so my answer

in religons perspective
As a Christian, I experience two forms of absolute reality. The first is visual or physical. For instance, in absolute reality I understand that I am sitting here typing this sentence. The second absolute reality is through faith. Through faith, I understand that, because I have accepted Jesus as my Savior, I will spend eternity with Him.

The second point can be debated endlessly, but the arguments and debates don't change the facts. The thing about Christians, however, is that they can "see" the facts about eternity, through faith. In our eyes, whether or not this view is seen through others' eyes, this faith is absolute reality.
Yes, and all else are illusions.
This learning may require years of prayers and meditations
or only one breath with the spirit of faith.
