    Fresh figs, Papaya, Lychee.....At least those are what come to my mind.

    Asian pears, edamame, nori seaweed, King Oscar sardines, couscous, and plantains (drenched in coconut milk!).

    Curd(don't know if the right word), the thing with lots of protein, looks like flavorless yoghurt, but stiffer. It isn't that good tasting plain, so mix it up with berries, your choice, raspberries and blueberries are the best, in my opinion. Add some blood grapefruit, banana and kiwi. After that add some peanut butter. You can add oats, any kind to add some fiber. And if it gets too firm add milk. All these fruits are replaceable with different ones, so it is mostly about, what you like.

    I live in Finland and every grocery store has it. I would be surprised if you can't find any.

    I tried it, and I almost never dislike food, but it tasted like a vegetable in grain form to me. I could barely get it down.
