Do not miss dinner...tuna or salmon salads, sushi, grilled chicken and salads or steam veges..even an easy pasta dish ( no creamy sausces )is healthy if eaten in a moderate portion.

Brown rice, broccoli and carrots, and white meat turkey. I ate this meal 16 hours ago and I am still not hungry. It's VERY filling.
