Actually none of those things. What brightens my days is setting down and playing my flutes. As I lose myself in hearing my heart express itself in music, the day brightens enough I handle the loss of my son and go forward a little further.

when an excellent song I really like starts playing.. like some old school ac/dc or some floyd.. ozzy.. whatever.. it lifts me out of my problems for just a few moments.

My favorite EP friend , BD, and his warming humor and witty ,unique touch brightens my day .. also a tiny chirping song from a nearby bird will make me stop and just BE.. the sound brightens me :)
