Well you sit in a circle with a group of people, (hopefully co-ed) and then you take turns spinning a bottle. If it points in the direction of someone that you aren't particularly fond of, you argue and try to be like, "I THOUGHT IT WAS WHOEVER THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTLE IS POINTING AT, WTF!?!?"
