It really depends on the club. You could ask at the door and when you go in and remember a lot of strippers are paid only minimally by the hour and rely on their tips to make a living. If you're sitting down on the floor right be the stage it's customary to tip each time the dancer comes around to you (about once per song usually) and if you're staying awhile a single each time will do.
