    go to youtube.com, then search for beta binaural beats pure, grab a pair of headphones, listen. Or.... Keep slow deep breathing until you hit that impossibly focused state, you'll know when you hit it. I dont remember if consecutive yawning gets you there faster. All i know is you will be able to shift all attention from task to task. Try it. (ty for ba in advance).

    Well, turning off the computer would be a good start. LOL I can't even get through a load of dishes unless I turn off the computer, first.

    I agree with music, except for me it's classical music that I listen to. It helps me relax and be calm enough to concentrate.

    LOL didnt want to reveal it but my parents put away the mirror from my room just to make sure i study.. and they let me keep my cellphone with me :-D :-D i'm just like stuck to mirror LMAO

    I always needed music playing in the background to focus on homework, and I still work (I do programming, review, and project planning now) with music. Everyone's mind works a little different, so your best bet is trying different settings and methods until you find one that works, For me, it's sitting in a room by myself with music blaring.
