What is the best exercise for weight loss? (Fat loss)?

Running is the most efficient, and one of the hardest. Fast walking is almost as efficient, and has been man's exercise of choice for thousands of years. Bicycling is good, but it is not weight bearing so your bones don't benefit like they do from walking. Good luck!

Hey guys, don't forget swimming! It's 0-impact and and involves just about all the muscles. And in my opinion the most fun. Water sports and games make it interesting too.

All kinds of ways; aerobic helps lose the fat faster and get in shape, muscular helps build muscle mass, yoga helps with posture

any thing that cardiovascular if you can run start by walking as fast as you can keep your heart rate up eat allot of fruits on an empty stomach only or before a meal never eat fruit after you have eaten. The fruit will help you in oh so many ways you can't even count. Walk as far each day as you can or bike. Don't give up you can do this it takes time but it took time to put the weight on. Most people give up to soon they forget they didn't gain this weight over night so you won't lose it over night. Make a goal and stick to it till you reach it start with 10 pounds remember to eat healthy while you are doing this don't skip eating eat small amounts a few times a day. good luck keep me posted on how you are doing hugs

1. Do cardio (jogging, fast walking) at least 30 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week.
2. Cut down on anything high in saturated fat. Eat fish, any kind of nuts, whole grains, and veggies. Don't bbq fried bologna! lol
3. Do aerobics, and stretching exercises for at least 20 minutes, at least 4 days a week.
4. Drink a TON of water..To the point where you feel like your create a new mississippi river. That actually reduces bloating and makes you feel full.
5. Eat at least one (small) snack a day, so you don't give in to intense cravings by banishing them altogether.
I wish you luck! Now, if someone could tell me how to get rid of this belly without killing my back I would be very happy..Think I'll make that a question.....
