cheddar cheese in pita bread with spices (can add anything that tastes good with it) toasted in the oven so it become as hard as chips with melted cheese inside ... make sure you have at least 2-4 hours to digest it before sleeping

My favorite late night snack is hot air popped popcorn with a little butter and parmesan cheese.
