What is the best hip hop party record ever?

There are several. The one that tops my list is "The Show" by Doug E. Fresh and the Get Fresh Crew. Others include "Let Me Clear My Throat" by DJ Clue. "It Takes Two" by Rob Base. "You Know You Got Soul" by Eric B and Rakim. "Push It" by Salt & Pepa. "Everybody Dance Now" by C&C Music Factory. That is my list for now.

That would be a hell of a party.

Run DMC - It's tricky, Grandmaster flash - White lines.
Definitely old skool.

The sounds of silence - really silence - as in all the records broke or my CD player burned up. Silence wins out over hip hop in every case.

NONE Of them are the best!
Hip Hop is turning our youth into idiots!
None of the Hip Hop music will ever be Classics in years to come!

Not true, satire. Sure there is a lot of crap hop out there but there is plenty of good music. Hip hop is and was created to be a positive thing, and it's a shame that a lot of mainstream hip hop makes the whole culture look bad. I'm actually working on a hip hop workshop for the kids I teach and many people use hip hop to educate the youth. But then again you did say it was your opinion...

Anyway back to the question: "Hip Hop Hooray" - Naughty by Nature; "Flava in Ya Ear" - Craig Mack; "Jump" - Kris Kross; "Free Your Mind" - En Vogue. And then uhm...anything by Lil Wayne haha. Yeah, I'm a fan.
