You need to be on fish oil to fight inflammation. Get softgels with 600 or more mg out of 1000mg consisting of EPA and DHA.
if you're sore from lifting the pain is musculature and some advil and a warm shower should help. You also have to give your body time....as you lift weights/exercise the muscle tissue actually breaks down and rebuilds itself so being sore is expected.
I used to get runner's cramps really easily, then I started doing core exercise regularly and that helped. I don't know for you though, what kind of pain is it and where exactly?
You could try taking a bath, that might help.
Oxygen and exercise. Preferably cardio exercise.
