Some of the answers here are too funny. :) Anyway.....I've found the use of breathing techniques to be helpful for stress. I will take a very deep breath, hold it for a moment, and then blow it out as much as I can. Will do this about three times. I find it's helpful for me. I also use it with the young people I work with.
