a million hun but i know a yummy choice for me is lemon (or oranges), garlic, pepper, rosemary (or lavender) broiled. a cajun seasoning is also good. as is a steak seasoning. as is a teriyaki marinade (soy sauce, brown sugar & sweet fruit like pineapple). another good one is a tequila lime version i make i put on a lil tequila, lime, onion, garlic, pinch of sea salt & cayenne pepper. make a mango salsa to go with it (mangos, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, lime) some brown rice.

purified	Posted Jul 12th, 2009 at 6:27PM The healthiest way to eat salmon is to bake it at 350 for about 40 min. I slice an orange on top (not as tangy as a lemon but still takes the fishy taste out) with a little beer (any kind) in the bottom of the glass dish. I season it with a LITTLE paprika, salt, pepper and Tony's Chachere, season all can be subsituted if u don't have tony's. Rated: +2Vote for this!

Season your fish with S&P, little olive oil, thyme, parsley.....place fish on plank, place plank on the grill on med. temp. cover and cook for about 20 min. StudentofUnifying Life	Posted Jul 12th, 2009 at 1:14PM It's not the healthiest way to cook it, but I marinate it in fresh lemon juice for about four hours and then pan fry it in butter. Mmmm... You can add parsley, basil, or thyme. Whatever is to your taste. :-) Rated: +1Vote for this!

Angeleyes777	Posted Jul 12th, 2009 at 4:49PM Well i wrapped it in tin foil with a lump of garlic butter and let it bake on Gas mark 6 / 180 degrees for bout 30 mins Or bake it same way without garlic butter and make a nice white sauce or cheese sauce. Rated: +1Vote for this!
SaunaGuy	Posted Jul 12th, 2009 at 9:10PM I use mostly salmon fillets or steaks rather than whole salmon. To cook I rub them with fresh ground pepper, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil then broil for about 5 minutes per side or until they start to brown up. For a whole salmon try poaching (in the oven) in a court boullion (try a google search for the recipe). The wine and othe ringredients in the boullion add a lot fo flavour to the salmon. I've used that many times for dinner parties and always got rave reviews. Rated: +1Vote for this!
