Buy a cedar plank, soak it in water for a while. Season your fish with S&P, little olive oil, thyme, parsley.....place fish on plank, place plank on the grill on med. temp. cover and cook for about 20 min. You'll get this cedar infused piece of salmon, the best!!
The healthiest way to eat salmon is to bake it at 350 for about 40 min. I slice an orange on top (not as tangy as a lemon but still takes the fishy taste out) with a little beer (any kind) in the bottom of the glass dish. I season it with a LITTLE paprika, salt, pepper and Tony's Chachere, season all can be subsituted if u don't have tony's.
Well i wrapped it in tin foil with a lump of garlic butter and let it bake on Gas mark 6 / 180 degrees for bout 30 mins<br />
Or bake it same way without garlic butter and make a nice white sauce or cheese sauce.
On a charcoal grille with garlic cloves shoved in it all throughout...YUM!
