Anyone that has done overnights kbow that on the "weekend" you have to go to a daytime schedule to meetup with friends and family. However you then have to go back to the overnight. I have been of the opinion that you simply just stay up for 36 hrs each way thus adjusting yourself, but have found that as I get older this isn't healthy. Does anyone have a better system for adjusting their sleep cycle
