Best way is to keep moving forward through each moment, each minute each day week month year... Fill it up with things that make you feel good even if they don't feel so good at the time. You actually have to drag yourself out of the **** even if you have to just go through the motions. Slowly but surely things will start to change, you will start feel and laugh, music will spark again, your smile will creep back over your mouth and face.. and it'll be good again... and actually... it'll be better than it was. Promise.

its what happens in the time that mends the heart. if you sit and dwell on it for years it wont go away. best way is to find a way of making yourself happy meet new people change yor style anything to move on bit by bit. No magic cure unfortunatlly!

Different things work for different people. Some work 80 hours a week, some find a new romantic encounter, some cry and eat chocolate, some do all of the above.
Cry, grieve, let it out, then distract yourself by doing things you enjoy. Time will make it less painful.

like Garlic, a crushed heart is full of flavour...accept it is broken and stay with it till it heals, because it does transform into a more beautful heart- one that can understand heartbreak and therefore be more compassionate, Empathic and ultimately more evolved....it's the ones who have no hearts I'd worry about! they are dangerous...and we need to know what level of heart we are dealing with at all times

Like a broken limb, support it with a friend on either side, wrap it in love, rest it and give it time.
