Get a back rub. YOu can also do a breathing exercise. Here is one for you.
Breath IN through the nose and have your stomach go out. Exhale through the mouth and have the stomach go down.
Lay down for this. Close your eyes or squint though them a little for a blurry vision.
Do this as much as you like any time of day or night.
Put some relaxing music on and have a cig or 2 if you do
