Get a back rub. YOu can also do a breathing exercise. Here is one for you. <br />
Breath IN through the nose and have your stomach go out. Exhale through the mouth and have the stomach go down.<br />
Lay down for this. Close your eyes or squint though them a little for a blurry vision.<br />
Do this as much as you like any time of day or night.
Put some relaxing music on and have a cig or 2 if you do
Pranayam--breathing exercises.Breath taken with throat has been known to be effective in calming down nerves.
