What is the common age that babies crawl?

Normally they should becreeping on their bellies by 6 months and crawling by 8. this is the normal. Some sooner some longer. If they spend alot of time on the floor on their bellies and you are encouraging this it will tend to be sooner. babies respond to exposure. the more they get the faster they learn.

Any time now the baby should crawl.

I taught my little brother to crawl when I was a kid. He was on the floor and I was talking to him in baby talk ... lol. He wanted the rosary I had in my hand and I put it just out of his reach like the brat that I was. He moved toward it, and I moved it further. Before you knew it he was crawling.

You made me think of my oldest son. Before he could crawl you could put him on a blanket on his stomach. He would flip his arms and legs like a fish. He thought he was crawling but he wasnt. He would smile and look so proud. We would laugh so hard at how silly he was.

don't fret. The kid will crawl in due time.
