    Spirituality is philosophy. Theology is the same thing in text book prints

    Spirituality is a belief that you are more than your physical self. There is something beyond that which remains even after death.

    Theology is literally the study of the nature of God and religious belief. (theos:God, ology:a branch of knowledge)

    Spirituality is a feeling, a knowing of the spirit.. Theology is a thought, a theory of the mind.
