Do it for yourself and no one else. Learn to love and accept yourself, sounds easy but it's not. I gained a lot of weight working in the kitchen at a country club, and decided to do something about it. I was working there and at a cafeteria so temptation was all around. Eat fresh fruit, and veggies. You CAN make fat free dip without sacrificing flavor. Hummus(chickpea dip) is a good choice. Go to Food network and see what they have on dips and if you can substitute fat-free options. I walked alot.
Love yourself enough to eat well and exercise more and if that doesn't work, love yourself enough to be grateful for your body, your life and your energy~ never diet because you want to please someone else or impress the opposite (or same) sex.

If you're fat and have been that way since a long time, vomiting is the easiest, sadly. But not the healthiest though.<br />
ONE VERY GOOD PIECE of ex-anorexic advice I can give you is to drink water when you feel hungry. You see, people are suppposed to drink 2 liters of water a day anyway but we don't; and we misinterpret our "thirsty" needs for hunger.<br />
Some other advice would be to eat a fruit if you're in the mood for something fattening.
Easiest thing to do is remove sugary drinks like colas, as well as stop eating fast food. Those two little changes helped me to lose 25 lbs in the last 6 months. Good luck!<br />
From there, you can start adding other little things like a morning walk or writing out a meal plan.
Take stress of anything you will automatically loose your weight but at the same time dont keep any food stufff at home coz if you hhave an easy access to foood you l eat more
