    "What are you?" I know exactly what they mean but I always say, "Excuse me?"
    Then they say, "I'm sorry, like where are you from?" Then I still act stupid and say, "I'm from here, Utah."
    They just want to know my ethnicity. I'm Hawaiian.
    Sometimes they'll say "What nationality are you?" ...."I'm American."
    It frustrates and embarrasses people and I think it's funny. LOL!
