That's gonna be hard to answer. Let's see...some creative things I have done:
bending a paper clip into a hook and placing a thumbtack/pushpin in the wall and putting the makeshift hook on it, then using it to hang potholders.
doing the same thing minus the tack and attaching it to a shower curtain ring so I can hang my shower loofah.
Painting over a magazine picture.
Collaging magazine cuttings onto a piece of tissue paper and doublesided taping it on top of the thermostat so it doesn't look so ugly.
drawing a picture ba<x>sed off a coallge/doctored photo.
making a song using computer software.
making a sculpture out of various nontraditional materials.
taping a stack of coins with duct tape in the back of a high heel that was a size too big to make it fit.
Deconstructing a wedding dress and adding my own pieces to it to make it original and perfect for my wedding, and sewing my own veil, also adding to the tiara to personalize it and making my own choker, and also making my own cake topper...yeah actually the whole wedding was like the definition of creativity and personalization. Also I sewed my own gauntlets.
Not having the right size box for a christmas present so I tastefully cut a coca-cola box into the right size and made it into a tasteful box then decorating it, also, making my own wrapping paper from a magazine and creating my own ribbons from whatever nice materials I have. Also, one time I constucted my own christmas present box out of cardboard, and I made it into a maze for the person's hand where to reach the present in it they had to open the right parts to solve the box maze and be shocked by an electric hand buzzer from spencer's lol. I colored the outside like a rubix cube using sharpie and neon highlighter.
On a vacation where I did not have access to my makeup, doing all of my makeup with only a black eyeliner pencil and water plus a red lipstick, and using various things in the hotel room like pen caps and my earrings as application tools. I successfully used body lotion for hair gel and a blending medium.
One time I was able to use a paperclip bended right in order to undo a car lock when I'd locked keys in(but it was an older car, from a time period where automatic locking key fabs were not used and only a key worked, and the keyhole was big. Although I think I somewhat ruined the keyhole a bit lol).
I also have taken a stick of willow and craved and sanded it inot a wand and then attached a quartz to the end, and I have also made my very own broom. In addition I have water-proof painted a clear glass to appear to be made of silver.
I have done many creative things because I am just a creative person, with a weird life that has given me situations demanding creativity.
I have also made my own book before, cutting and binding the pages myself.
So many other things...also once I filled in a chip in a ceramic container using superglue, paper, and white-out to where you couldn't tell it was broken.

That would be the time I modified my Osh Kosh with a pair of scissors. When my mom found me I told her that the bad Nicole did it, and then pointed out the window saying there she goes. When my mother asked me where she went I told her she ran into the woods to live with the bears. I was only three so I think that was fairly creative of me.
