go for a long walk, do boxing or any exercise, scream/shout etc
Just start watching your mind, Its awareness and soon u will have clarity as to the anger
Take a walk, or hit some time soft so it wont hurt your hands or feet
Divert my attention with another better subject, or a little time usually does it.
I find yelling helps (communication is the point, I just happen to yell.)
