Thank you for all your wonderful answers. I would have said love instinctively but I think Roarke09 has got it right when he says fear. Other emotions are fear in disguise. Love, in it's obssessive form, and jealously can be the fear of loss, anger is protecting oneself from something one fears, anxiety is the fear of what might happen. Yes, I agree all of the powerful emotions contain elements of fear. Well answered Roarke09!

Love is obvious, but too universally misunderstood.

that being said,
I think everyone understands FEAR.
It motivates you whether you are afraid or secure.
It affects your thoughts and the thoughts of others in such a way as to prompt some kind of action either way.

Love, is a let it be emotion, if you have love, let it be.
If fear overshadows love, then you will not feel secure letting it be.

Yes, I know LOVE triumphs over all, yes I agree.
But remember I said love is universally misunderstood. Or the experience of love isn't in everyone's life skills, I believe some sort of fear is.

Look at it this way, in the womb, warm, confidence, connected, LOVE.
Birth, cold, unsure, disconnected: FEAR.

It should be LOVE the most powerful emotion, but no one ever went to war out of Love and no war ever stopped due to love either. sad sad stuff.
